Commission - A reflection between worlds

I don't know the entire backstory of this piece, I believe it's two RP characters of 's meeting via opening a portal between worlds... but I like to think it's a parallel universe thing, in which it's the SAME person in parallel worlds, opening the same portal at the same time by the means in their world.   Does that make sense?   Does how cool this is make sense?

The piece was a delight to work on, especially because of the lighting!  What a unique challenge!  The projector is based on, a projector!   while the piping is all your typical steampunkery stuff.   I liked the smoke too, because it was pretty simple to create but lends a nice little detail.
