Hm, the expression at the end raises many questions. Is Noah turning gay for Mars? Well, no one actually turns gay, they are from birth, but could he be realizing it? Could it just be astonishment that he didn't die doing the dance? Could it be signs of syphilis? So many many questions from a couple of tiny sparkles.

While this IS a comic about gender and not so much about sexual orientations... I suppose it's possible.

Although, it's interesting to note that there is no proven correlation between crossdressing and homosexuality. It's actually quite a point of contention between some people. Or at least, so sayeth wikipedia.

Indeed. I mean, when you get right down to it, some formerly masculine clothes are now considered feminine, and vice versa. And in some places, men wear skirts (kilts) and nobody bats an eyelash.

I don't think that clothing means anything other than what the person enjoys wearing, and in some cases, the person feels more comfortable wearing clothes of the opposite gender. It's different from being transgendered (being the opposite gender in your head) and being homosexual.

For that matter, I don't believe there's any real correlation between being transgendered and being homosexual either. That is to say, the one does not imply the other, or vice versa. It isn't even a subset thing; some transgendered people are homosexual, while others aren't; and some homosexual people are anything but transgendered.
